Each ownership is allowed 4 Adults or 2 guest families. Hosting Owner will pay $5 for each person on the Guest List age 4 and older (4+) per day if applicable. Any guest arriving at the gate who are not on the pre-approved list will be $10 each. Guests approved for day use privileges will not be allowed to stay overnight. Payment is due at the time the request is approved and is non-refundable. The hosting Owner must always have a valid ID Card with them. Guests will be allowed to use all resort facilities, within normal usage rules. The LVL Owner(s) MUST be in attendance with Guests at all times. Guests will NOT be allowed on property until the Owner is on property & Owner must remain on property & with guests for the duration of the event. Guests will NOT be allowed in the resort until all payments/fees are received. Guests whose names are not on the Guest List will not be allowed on property. Guest lists are required 14 days prior to the requested date and must be typed and alphabetized by last name and can be mailed or emailed to the address above.
Insurance: Any Owner bringing an organized group (people other than family members and close friends), such as Boy/Girl Scouts, Churches, Schools, Businesses, Clubs, etc. MUST provide Lost Valley Lake Resort with a copy of their insurance policy listing Lost Valley Lake Resort as additionally insured for the duration/date of the event.

Identification Required
All Guests 18+ years of age will need to show proof of identification at the Guardhouse before entry to the Resort. Must be a photo ID; acceptable forms of ID are Driver’s License, State ID, or Government ID’s. Please inform all your guests (owners included) they will need to show ID upon entry to the Resort. Force Majeure: Lost Valley Lake Resort, Mid-America Resorts and staff shall NOT be liable for any costs or damages due to delay, rescheduling or cancellation of any event arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God; natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, floods, wars, civil or military disturbances, governmental actions, acts of terrorism, sabotage, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, riots, power failures, computer failure and any such circumstances beyond its reasonable control as may cause interruption, loss or malfunction of utility, transportation, communication disruption; computer virus, computer (hardware or software) or telephone communication service, power or other mechanical failure, accidents, labor disputes, acts of civil or military authority; or inability to obtain labor, material, equipment or transportation.

Any damage to Lost Valley Lake property, facilities, equipment, etc. found to be caused by a Guest will be the responsibility of the Owner and all costs of repair/replacement will be paid by the Lost Valley Lake Owner. Damage/abuse of equipment, facilities and or Resort rule/regulation violations may result in expulsion from the park. Failure to abide by the above rules and general rules for use/shared rules and regulations of Lost Valley Lake Resort may result in additional fees may be applied, as well as expulsion from the Resort. Reservations are not transferable and are limited to 2 per ownership per year. Party reservations can only be made by Primary Owners. Lost Valley Lake Resort and Staff are not responsible for left, lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The LVL Owner assumes complete responsibility for party guests including conduct & injury etc. and agree to hold harmless Lost Valley Lake Resort’s Owners, Staff, Mid-America Developers and Staff for any and all accidents that could occur on the park. I understand that, as the Primary Owner, I am responsible for all guests that have accompanied me to the Resort.

Photo/video Release
I understand that the Resort takes many pictures, which my guests and I may or may not be a part of and will be the sole property of Lost Valley Lake Resort. Lost Valley may choose to share any and all pictures with its owners to enjoy on the website and other social media and or for promotional use. By signing this contract, I agree to give LVL/MAR permission to license all images and recordings and to use images/recording in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotions, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. I agree that any images/recordings may be combined with other images, text, and graphics, cropped altered and modified. LVL/MAR retains all rights to images/recordings for perpetuity. LVL/MAR is not liable for any further considerations or accounting and further claims for any reason.

I have read and understand the above conditions and agree to abide by them. I further understand that any misconduct (verbal/physical) will result in immediate dispersal of the event and my guest will be asked to leave the property.
